In order to improve performance when handling large numbers of distributors, the settings to manage the relationships between distributors and master covers are now handled within the distributor configurations. Instead of adding a distributor to a master cover, the master cover is added to the distributor.
With the deployment of this version, all existing configurations will be transferred. The associations are now managed through the new Master Cover Associations panel in the Distributor Information page. There have been a few changes in labels and the organization of the settings, and commission overrides by premium type are now configured through a grid.
The Distributors page has been removed from the master cover. The associated rights to manage distributors within the master cover have been reassigned to control access to the new panel in the distributor page, and have been renamed as follows:

The renamed rights will remain assigned to any current security roles.
The Master Cover report still includes the associations between the master covers and distributors, and the Export / Import feature will still include the association details with the master cover.

A new Automatic Cancellation Finalization panel has been added to the Master Cover - Automatic Processing page. This feature is currently still in development, and is not functional at this time.
A Part 2 will be included in the release notes when this feature is available, and will include the proper details.
Previously, the Premium widget automatically displayed the lowest calculated premium from the eligible quote options. This value was displayed until a specific quote was selected, or the transaction was re-quoted. While this is still the default functionality, a new configuration allows the system to display the quote option with the lowest sequence number instead.
The new Premium Widget Display By Quote's Lowest field has been added to the Miscellaneous Settings panel in the Master Cover - Policy Settings page. The Amount option maintains the current default functionality, displaying the lowest premium. The Sequence option displays the quote option with the lowest sequence number instead.
− For details on configuring this option, see the Policy Settings section.
A new button is available when working with tab grids, the Save & New button saves the current record and opens a new blank form for the creation of a new record.
In addition, the Close and Save & Close buttons have been enhanced. The system now keeps track of the path taken through the grid hierarchy to reach the current record. Closing the current record navigates one step back in that path, which may lead to a higher level in the grid hierarchy, or all the way back to the core submission form. If the Grid Hierarchy widget is used to navigate up through the hierarchy, the path will be adjusted to that point.
Note that if a link or bookmark are used to access a record within a grid, there will be no navigation path. Using the close buttons at this point will return to the core submission form.
Known Issues:
• Using the Grid Hierarchy widget to navigate up through the hierarchy is supposed to maintain the path. Unfortunately, this feature could not be implemented at this time, and using the widget will clear the path information, causing the close buttons to return to the core submission form. This feature is expected to be completed in the near future.

The remaining payments for a policy term can now be re-scheduled, allowing payments to be delayed, accelerated, or changed to a different frequency.
The new Scheduled Payments section has been added to the Bill to Party section. This feature can be used to view the remaining charges for a policy term, optionally including charges that have been invoiced but not yet paid. On reviewing the charges, they can be re-scheduled, selecting a new start date and payment plan.
Two new security rights have been created. ViewScheduledPayments allows users to view the new Scheduled Payments section, and ModifyScheduledPayments allows users to re-schedule the payments.
Known Issues:
• While viewing the Payment Plan Summary within a transaction, the updated payment schedule will be displayed, but the Payment Plan field will still show the original payment plan.
− For details on viewing and changing the payment schedule, see the Managing Scheduled Payments section.
