When configuring combo box fields, a new option is now available to trigger the search manually.
The new Search Mode field is displayed when Combo Box is selected as the Control Type.
• The existing Minimum Filter Length field now becomes available when selecting Automatic. This option activates the search when the user enters a certain number of characters.
• Selecting Manual will instead add a search icon to the right of the field. The
user can enter as few or as many characters as they like, then click the search
icon to perform the search.
Manual search is recommended when using large tables of data, or when using web services. This will result in better performance in both cases, and some web services incur charges for each search.

When configuring Textbox (Decimal) or Textbox (Integer) fields, two new options are available to control the values. The Minimum Value and Maximum Value fields have been added to the Business Rules panel.
When settings these values in the Field Management page, the values cannot contradict any other field settings or an error will be displayed on trying to save the field.
If a value is entered in the workflow that is less than the minimum value or greater than the maximum value, a message will be displayed below the field and the value must be corrected before proceeding. If an imported submission does not comply with these settings, and error will be displayed and the import will stop.

The ability to write off the outstanding balance of an invoice has been enhanced, automating the process using rules that are evaluated daily. These rules are conditional on the age of the invoice, the outstanding amount, and the currency.
The Write-Offs page has been added to the General Settings section in Billing. The Write-Off Reasons list and setup options have been moved from the Invoicing page to this new page.
The new features on this page include the Automatic Write-Off Schedule panel, which allows the automatic write-offs to be enabled or disabled, and setting the time of day when the write-off rules are evaluated.
The Automatic Write-Off Rules list is used to define the individual rules. Each rule includes conditions for Minimum Invoice Age, Maximum Outstanding Amount, and Currency. All conditions must be met for the rule to be applied. Each rule also includes settings for the Write-Off Reason, Reference, and Description, which will be recorded in each write-off receipt produced by that rule.
− For details on configuring write-offs, see the General Settings – Write-Offs section.
Previously, the document templates associated to a master cover were included when the product was exported and imported. The templates are now handled by a separate export / import process.
The Export / Import page has two new panels, Export Document Templates and Import Document Templates. These are used to export the templates to a file, and import that file to another system.
Note that the templates must be imported to the destination system before the associated product, or the product import will not be completed.
− For information on the import export features, see the Export / Import section.
