•Corrected error that would occur when clicking Save & Refresh on some older saved submissions in quoted status.
•Corrected issue where changing the Effective Date in an endorsement transaction would change the Valid Until date.
•Corrected issue where data validation would not be checked if no changes were made to the current screen.
