2.4.78 Minor Enhancements and Functionality Fixes

Enhancements

When importing policies by XML files, a new optional attribute can be included in the field definitions for combo box controls.  The Value attribute still determines the saved key value, but the new Text attribute can be used to define the text that will be displayed in the field within the workflow.

When configuring responsive display options for fields or panels, combo box controls are now supported as Control Fields.  Instead of selecting options as for radio buttons, individual values are entered into the Control Field Options field, separated by semi-colons.

When configuring fields in the Field Management page, the Size field will be hidden if it is not supported for the currently selected Control Type.

The Billing menu has been reorganized again in order to place commonly used features higher in the menus.

Fixes

Corrected error that would occur when importing data into a grid that has multiple fields with the same label.  The Enable Data Import feature can no longer be used for a panel where multiple fields have the same label.  This will be reported as an error when publishing the workflow.  This also applies to tab workflows where the workflow contains multiple fields with the same label.

Corrected issue in the Earnings Report where invoiced charges would be divided into periods that extended beyond the end of the term.  Remaining values will now be fully earned at the end of the term.

Corrected a rendering issue that caused an additional box to appear within the text entry area of Combo Box fields.

Improved a vague error message that would appear when importing a workflow with conflicting identifier details.

Corrected issue with the Restrict Endorsements to Last Policy Transaction setting where it would not skip over Declined transactions.

Corrected error that would occur on invoicing charges, where included taxes did not have an associated General Ledger account.

Corrected issue where a recent enhancement prevented the execution of automatic quote expiry and automatic renewal configurations.

Corrected issue where newly created environments could not save all color components in portal management.

Corrected a skipped validation that would allow a webservice to update a locked policy.

The documentation for functions has been corrected to reflect the following changes.

−    While some functions no longer require the $ prefix, it is still necessary for other functions.  This is now displayed properly in the function names and descriptions.

−    Functions that return boolean responses were documented as returning "1" or "0" values.  This has been corrected to show that they return "True" or "False" values.
