•When viewing a submission or policy under a Single Screen workflow, the Policy Transactions panel is available when more than one transaction exists for the current policy. This panel lists all transactions associated with the current policy. A Status column has been added to the grid to display the current status of each listed transaction.
•Previously, changes to a workflow would need to be saved manually before publishing, or the changes would not be published. Now, the Publish button will automatically save the current workflow setup before it publishes.
•The Quote Report has been expanded to include breakdown and analysis of all calculated fields in the workflow, plus all triggers defined in the master cover to control rates, validations, and similar features.
•A confirmation message has been added to delete options in the system, allowing the user to cancel if they click delete by mistake.
•Added an External Code field to the Panel Management page. This field can be used to identify the panel or grid when integrating with an external system. No spaces or special characters should be used in this field. Any spaces will be removed automatically.
•The height of the header and footer areas can now be customized, and the footer can be removed completely. These customizations must be performed by Oceanwide. Please contact your Oceanwide Representative to request these changes.
•Corrected issue where the Word Ribbon did not include the repeater entries for checkbox groups.
•Corrected issue where two different Default fields would be displayed on the Field Management page for Textbox (Decimal) fields.
•Corrected graphics issue where a calendar drop down near the bottom of a detail window would be cut off by the footer.
•Improved the error message shown when two users try to update the same submission. The error message now explains that the second user will need to reload the submission, re-enter their changes, and try to save again.
•Corrected issue where the Submit button on the Forgot Your Password page would not be disabled after being clicked, allowing multiple resets.
•Corrected issue where problems during the generation of a quote report could cause incorrect values to be saved in the transaction.
•Enhanced the loading time of submissions/policies which have large attachments.
•Corrected issue where users who had the right to create and modify custom menu items could not see the Save button.
•Corrected issue where a user could import data into the system without having the required security right.
•Corrected error that would occur when trying to add a document configuration in the master cover when no document templates were available.
